Who we are
Hartview was founded by Alison Malton in response to a perceived need for more flexible access to quality, independent and experienced resource.
Alison’s experience has been gained from over seventeen years in senior positions in the wealth management industry with responsibility for strategy, finance, operations, IT, compliance, risk and HR. She has delivered change throughout the business cycle, from start-up to established firm and across front, middle and back office. She was Chief Operating Officer at Barclays Private Bank and subsequently at Schroders, and consultancy assignments include UBS, Credit Suisse, Cofunds, Kleinwort Benson and a range of small and mid-sized firms.
Alison is a regular commentator on the Wealth Management industry and an associate consultant for ComPeer, the wealth management research and benchmarking firm.
Hartview will work with associates and partner firms to bring the right skills and experience to each assignment.
